Our services
Acoustic testing : using acoustic equipment we can source the sound consistent with a leak on any pipe concealed in a floor, wall or ceiling. Using various microphones to accurately pinpoint leaking pipework even if occurring in concrete
Tracer gas survey
Tracer gas survey: we can isolate and drain the pipework that is leaking. Tracer gas is then injected and upon using our specialist equipment, we can detect even the smallest leak in any building materials.
Isolation | Pressure testing
Isolation/pressure testing: we can isolate water at the internal stop-tap, the external water meter or pressure test heating systems to determine whether there is a leak or how big a leak is. Once we have connected our equipment, tracer gas can be easily injected.
Moisture mapping
Moisture mapping and Salts Analysis: our equipment and testing techniques can indicate areas in building materials where there are elevated moisture levels. We use moisture mapping to assist in our leak detection investigation. Using Salts analysis testing kits we can also determine what the water source is causing the damage.
Thermal imaging survey
Thermal imaging survey: we use the latest technology to accurately pinpoint heating and hot water pipe leaks. We can also source anomalies associated with external source water ingress and other water damage issues.
